Tips to Avoid Viruses

Whenever we are in public places, the potential to pick up germs and viruses is high. Being aware of a few tips to prevent picking up germs is a good way to prevent getting a virus.

Here are a Few Ideas:

  • Avoid crowds as much as possible.
  • Use stairs rather than crowded elevators (keep hands off the rails)
  • Cash carries germs. Wash hands or use Thieves Hand Sanitizer after handling money.
  • Keep hands away from nose, eyes and mouth.
  • Use tissues, not cloth handkerchiefs.
  • Get plenty of sleep, keep stress levels down and use supplements to enhance immune system.

  • Wash your hands often.
