CLEAN SOLUTIONS ALL PURPOSE CLEANER
1 Quart Spray Bottle
2 Tablespoons Borax
1 Teaspoon Castile Soap
15-20 drops Essential Oil
** Try essential oils such as Pine, Lemon, Melaleuca, Thieves, Purification or a combination.
Add Borax to bottle, fill with warm water. Add Castile soap and Essential Oil. Shake and use.
WINDOW CLEANER
1 Quart Spray Bottle
White Vinegar
10-15 drops of Lemon Essential Oil

    I have been using Gentle Baby essential oil blend to help me sleep through these years of menopause; even night sweats don’t seem to keep me awake anymore! I put 2–4 drops in my hands and inhale deeply; then I rub the oil on my temples and the back of my neck. I also rub 2–3 drops on the bottom of my feet.
